The Legend of Caillou, now in English

The aim of this project is universal so it should be translated into English. I did what I could and I hope there are not so many mistakes or misspellings. Please let me know if you find some.

So, What is this project about? What is «The Legend of Caillou». This is the story:

There is an urban legend about the alopecia of Caillou. It says that Caillou is bald because his author wanted to support people suffering from cancer.

Sadly it´s only a legend, but I prefer to think:

“When the legend becomes fact, print the legend” (The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, 1962)

I feel the need of feeding this legend and make it real. So I ask for help, you just have to upload an image and lose your hair just like Caillou.

Once you´ve become Caillou you can share your new look in the Facebook album and/or in the Flickr Group and become part of the legend.

Optionally you can use it as your avatar in Facebook, Twitter, Gravatar, Blog…

The point is telling the world that physical appearance is not that important.

Empathizing with people suffering from cancer.

They have too much to fight, let them not worry about hair loss.

Please feel free to contact me for any suggestion that might help the fight against cancer.

Thank you all for being here.

If you speak Spanish this is the original spanish version
